Designed by a team of global real estate experts, this program offered a cutting-edge experience that integrated the concepts of real estate, infrastructure, global capital flows and finance, and sustanability. 

Main Focuses

Acquisition

What makes a property worth buying, and how much should you pay?

Acquisition focused work combined the soft and technical skill of evaluating an asset, creating a robust financial analysis of it's current and future state, and putting together a strategy to purchase.

Operations & Sustainability

The world is changing, and assets are "sticky." Evaluating sustainability helps ensure assets will continue to deliver results.

Specific course work included Decarbonization of Real Assets, US and European energy procurement and delivery, Evaluating climate/transitional risk and ways to mitigate financial implications.

Finance

Paying for an asset is the most important part. 

​

With a deep dive into each aspect of financing, I gained the skills to help assemble and execute on your capital stack. Specific topics include: Infrastructure financing (bonds), Private and Public Debt, Social financing, and Government & Tax Incentive financing.
